Payment Information for existing registrations
All payments are to be made in Australian dollars.
Cheque/Money Order/Bank Draft: Must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and made payable to Waldron Smith Management Pty Ltd – IYMH Conference.
Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Electronic Funds Transfer: All bank fees incurred with electronic funds transfer (bank transfers), whether international or national, are at the depositor’s expense. Please use your name as a reference. To ensure prompt reconciliation please attach a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the completed registration form or email to the registration manager.

Confirmation/Delivery Policy
All registrations, submitted either online or manual will be acknowledged via email (where available) upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation Policy on Registration
Registration cancellations received in writing by WALDRONSMITH Management by Monday, 31 May 2010 will be accepted. Registration fees will be refunded less an AUD$100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however it is acceptable to transfer your registration to another person. The full name and details of the alternative delegate must be advised in writing to WALDRONSMITH Management prior to the International Youth Mental Health Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the International Youth Mental Health Conference and book your travel you consider an insurance policy of your choice to protect your interests in relation to cancellations, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property. The conference organisers cannot take any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

The online registration form uses SSL Security and 128 bit encryption. Privacy Statement Information provided by delegates at the time of registration will be used to administer the conference, including accommodation, catering, sponsorship and exhibition. Your details may also be used to inform you of IYMH Conference related events and services. Data obtained will remain the property of WALDRONSMITH Management and headspace.
